Wir haben von der Firma Fuchs eine neue Markise bekommen. Herr Fuchs kam zum Ausmessen, Angebot kam kurzfristig. Nochmaliges Aufmaß vor Ort nach Bestellung, Lieferzeit von 3 Wochen wurde zugesagt. Nach 3 Wochen kam der Anruf, dass die Markise da ist und nach 4 Wochen war sie montiert. Also alles perfekt geklappt. Jederzeit wieder.

We commissioned a new awning and the electrification of a roller shutter.Initial contact in the on-site shop, everything else by email/phone.From the confirmation of the viewing/measuring appointment, as well as the delivery date and installation, everything was wonderful. Every promise/appointment that was made was kept. Every appointment that was made took place promptly and on time.Reachability by telephone is a dream in contrast to the well-known large companies with service centers or similar.There is nothing that could have gone better afterwards and absolutely nothing to complain about.If we need a roller shutter builder again, we will definitely come back to you!

We got a new awning from the Fuchs company. Mr. Fuchs came to measure and the offer came at short notice. Another measurement on site after ordering, delivery time of 3 weeks was promised. After 3 weeks the call came that the awning was there and after 4 weeks it was installed. So everything worked out perfectly. Any time.
